What was intended as an introduction and/or refresher course on operating Demig controllers and working with the Prosys process control system turned out to be a real team booster at Innomotics : Plant operators, maintenance technicians, and quality assurance staff now work together rather than side by side.

In addition to this important team-building effect, the training also provided new knowledge about Demig controllers and the Prosys process control system. And this was true not only for the new employees, for whom the training was primarily intended, but also for the experienced staff.
During the training, Peter Herbst (Demig) presented numerous Prosys features that even long-time employees were unaware of—such as how easily the C content can be determined and adjusted in batches.
