ABC Umformtechnik recently experienced this firsthand: A tried-and-true controller, which had been operating 24/7 without any problems for more than ten years, suddenly failed. The screen was frozen, nothing worked anymore—and the heat treatment line was urgently needed.
One call to Demig was all it took.
Within a few hours, a replacement controller, complete with the appropriate software, was ready and on its way to Gevelsberg. Our colleague Peter Herbst personally delivered the unit to the customer, installed it on site, and put it into operation immediately.
Thanks to our plug-and-play principle, the configuration from the old controller (manufactured in 2016) could be transferred to the loaner controller with no effort. Control, temperature monitoring, KC level determination: Everything was back to normal right away.
