Abkühlen

在冷却阶段，工件被恢复到环境温度。可能需要在加热和冷却阶段都遵守特定的加热和冷却速度。对于要求较高的材料，可能有必要将这三个阶段划分为更多的子阶段。这些热处理过程是复杂的，可以称为退火程序。它们可能包括不同工件的一系列退火工艺，或一系列（产品）退火工艺的组合。

During the cooling phase, the workpiece is brought back to the ambient temperature. It may be necessary to comply with specific warming and cooling speeds in both the warming and cooling phases. For materials subject to high requirements, it may be necessary to divide these three phases into further sub-phases. These heat treatment processes are complex, and may be referred to as an annealing program. They may consist of a sequence of annealing processes for different workpieces, or a combination of annealing processes for a (product) range.

Nella fase di raffreddamento, il pezzo viene riportato a temperatura ambiente. Sia nella fase di riscaldamento che in quella di raffreddamento, può essere necessario mantenere velocità specifiche di riscaldamento e raffreddamento. I materiali con requisiti elevati richiedono talvolta la suddivisione delle tre fasi citate in ulteriori sottofasi. Per differenziazione linguistica, tali trattamenti termici complessi sono chiamati anche specifiche di ricottura o programmi di ricottura. Il termine specifica di ricottura viene utilizzato indipendentemente dal tipo di ricottura e può quindi anche indicare la sequenza cronologica delle ricotture di diversi pezzi o la combinazione di ricotture possibili per un prodotto (gamma).

In der Abkühlphase wird das Werkstück wieder auf Umgebungstemperatur gebracht. Sowohl in der Anwärm- als auch in der Abkühlphase kann die Einhaltung spezifischer Anwärm- und Abkühlgeschwindigkeiten erforderlich sein. Werkstoffe für hohe Anforderungen erfordern teilweise eine Auflösung der drei genannten Phasen in weitere Teilphasen. Zur sprachlichen Unterscheidung werden solche komplexen Wärmebehandlungen auch Glühvorschrift oder Glühprogramm genannt. Dabei wird der Begriff Glühvorschrift unabhängig von der Art der Glühung gebraucht und kann somit auch die zeitliche Abfolge von Glühungen verschiedener Werkstücke oder die Zusammenstellung der möglichen Glühungen für ein Produkt(-sortiment) bedeuten.
