The DE-CP series stands for user-friendliness, safety, and investment protection.
If you want to not only control processes, but also visualize, document, and integrate them into a modern control system, the DE-CP series is the right solution.

More performance, more clarity, more safety

Easy to install, flexible to expand

For installation, you can now also install the ECB bus decentrally – this reduces the amount of wiring required and speeds up conversions.
For models with an integrated ECB bus, the housing dimensions remain identical to the previous models. The tried-and-tested principle of “replace and continue” therefore still applies: old devices out, new controllers in – without any additional adjustments to the control panel.

Securely networked thanks to dual Ethernet and integrated UPS

Safety has also been given further consideration.
Each unit has an integrated UPS that protects important processes in the event of power failures.
Two separate Ethernet ports reliably separate OT and IT networks, while at the same time enabling secure data exchange between the two systems.
This keeps your infrastructure stable, protected, and scalable.

Open for communication and integration

Depending on the model, communication takes place via Profibus, Profinet, and many other protocols, including Modbus TCP.
This allows the CP series to be seamlessly integrated into existing control systems and automation environments.

As is customary with DEMIG, the new series is also backward compatible:
The DE-CP controllers are compatible with the DE-PR 4008 and DE-VX series.
Only the earlier CAN bus (1995) is no longer supported – conversion via remote I/O or external ECB box is possible.

Intuitive operation with clear icons

The user interface is tidy and clearly structured:
New, precise icons make it easier to find your way around, and user and rights management can be set up quickly and comprehensively.
Access to measured values, network settings, and security options has also become much more direct.
