The hydrogen sensor H2S

Der Wasserstoffsensor für Nitrier- und Nitrocarburierprozesse

  • Measuring principle: Thermal conductivity
  • Measuring block temperature: 100 °C
  • to avoid ammonium carbonate precipitation and condensate formation
  • Measuring range: 0 ... 100 % H2:N2
  • Accuracy: +/- 0.5 % of the measured value +/- 0.25 % of the final value Independent of ambient temperature influences (heated measuring electronics)
  • max. ambient temperature: 75 °C

Description of funtion

Measurement

The H2S hydrogen sensor is used to determine the hydrogen level in industrial furnaces for nitriding and nitrocarburizing processes. The measurement is based on the thermal conductivity.

Function

The sensor is characterized by robustness, reliability and durability. It is therefore particularly suitable for measuring furnace atmospheres at high temperatures and high hydrogen levels.
